Refund & Return Policy

At WORST WORK, we release products in limited quantities and many pieces are produced to order. Because of this, we keep a strict but fair return policy, outlined below.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms.


Return Eligibility

Due to the limited nature of our drops, all sales are considered final.

However, we understand that issues can happen. If you receive a defective item or the wrong item due to our error, we’re here to help.

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request assistance.

Requests submitted after 48 hours cannot be accepted.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email:

support@worstwork.info

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer either:

  • A replacement (if available), or

  • A refund to your original payment method

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


What Is Not Eligible for Return

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Dissatisfaction with fit, material, or style

  • Delayed shipping

  • Failure to review product descriptions or size guides

Sale items, discounted items, and promotional purchases are final sale and not eligible for return.


Return Conditions (If Approved)

If your return is approved:

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed

  • Tags must remain attached

  • Original packaging must be included

  • Items must be in resale condition

Any item showing signs of wear, washing, damage, odor, or alteration may be rejected.


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are not covered by WORST WORK.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.


Refund Processing

Once your approved return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days

  • Banks may take additional time to reflect the refund

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.


Policy Abuse

We reserve the right to decline returns or restrict future purchases in cases of policy abuse, excessive disputes, or chargebacks.
