1. About These Terms of Sale

1.1 These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) apply when you purchase any products from WORST WORK (“we”, “us”, “our”) through our website (the “Website”).

1.2 By placing an order on our Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. These Terms apply to all purchases, including limited releases and drops.


2. About Us and Our Products

2.1 WORST WORK is operated in Canada. All products sold on the Website (“Products”) are designed and distributed by WORST WORK.

2.2 All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are displayed on the Website at the time of purchase.


3. Orders and Acceptance

3.1 Placing an order does not mean it has been accepted.

3.2 An order is only accepted once we send you an order confirmation email. Until then, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.


4. Pricing

4.1 All prices are set at our sole discretion and may change at any time without notice.

4.2 Prices shown at checkout are final at the time of purchase.


5. Right to Refuse Orders

5.1 We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud or chargeback risk

  • Incorrect pricing or listing errors

  • Abuse of policies

  • Bulk or resale behaviour

5.2 If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded to the original payment method.


6. Payment

6.1 Payment is taken in full at checkout.

6.2 Ownership of Products transfers to you once payment is received.


7. Taxes, Duties, and Import Fees

7.1 Canadian orders are subject to applicable federal and provincial taxes.

7.2 International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees. WORST WORK is not responsible for these charges.


8. Shipping and Delivery

8.1 Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only.

8.2 Delays may occur due to high demand, production schedules, customs processing, or events outside our control.

8.3 WORST WORK is not liable for delays once the order has been handed to the courier.


9. Force Majeure

9.1 We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, or governmental actions.


10. Product Variations

10.1 Products may vary slightly in colour, fit, or finish from images shown due to lighting, screen differences, or manufacturing processes.


11. Refunds and Returns Policy (STRICT)

11.1 ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Dissatisfaction with style, fit, or feel

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Delays in delivery

11.2 Refunds are ONLY issued if:

  • You receive a flawed/defective item, or

  • You receive an incorrect size or incorrect item due to our error

11.3 Any approved refund will be processed only after verification by our team.


12. Returns

12.1 Returns are accepted only for eligible cases outlined in Section 11.

12.2 All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

12.3 Returned items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition with tags attached

12.4 Items that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse will not be refunded or returned.


13. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

13.1 If an order is refused or returned due to incorrect address or failure to accept delivery, return shipping costs will be deducted from any approved refund.


14. Refund Processing

14.1 Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

14.2 Shipping costs are non-refundable.

14.3 Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


15. Defective or Incorrect Items

15.1 If you believe you received a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

15.2 Proof (photos and order details) will be required before approval.


16. Product Changes and Availability

16.1 We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue Products

  • Adjust pricing for future purchases

  • Make minor production or material changes


17. Termination of Orders

17.1 We may cancel an order or terminate service if:

  • Payment fails

  • False or incomplete information is provided

  • Policies are abused


18. No Commercial Resale

18.1 Products are sold for personal use only.

18.2 Unauthorized resale, bulk purchasing, or commercial distribution is prohibited and may result in order cancellation or legal action.


19. Limitation of Liability

19.1 To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law, WORST WORK is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

19.2 We are not responsible for business losses or resale-related damages.


20. Privacy

20.1 Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

21.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable laws of the province in which WORST WORK operates.

21.2 Any disputes shall be resolved in Canadian courts.


22. General Terms

22.1 If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining sections remain in effect.

22.2 Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
