Shipping Information

By placing an order with WORST WORK, you acknowledge and agree to the shipping terms outlined below.

Due to the limited, made-to-order, and high-demand nature of WORST WORK releases, shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders require processing prior to shipment.
Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and dispatch.

Processing time begins after payment has been successfully completed and does not include weekends or holidays.

Order processing times may be extended at our sole discretion during periods of high demand, limited releases, or operational delays.

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.


Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on destination, carrier, and service level selected.

Delivery times are estimates only. WORST WORK does not guarantee delivery dates and is not liable for delays once an order has been dispatched.


High-Demand & Limited Release Periods

During major drops, promotional periods, or holidays, processing and dispatch times may be significantly extended.

In such cases, customers acknowledge and agree that processing and shipping may take an additional 3–5 weeks or longer depending on order volume and production capacity.

Delays during these periods do not constitute grounds for order cancellation, chargebacks, or refunds.


Carrier Responsibility & Risk Transfer

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.

WORST WORK is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or misplaced packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Incorrect delivery by the carrier

  • Packages marked as “delivered” but not received

Any issues occurring after dispatch must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.


Address Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

WORST WORK is not responsible for delays, losses, or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Orders returned due to address errors or refusal of delivery may be subject to additional shipping and handling fees.


Customs, Duties & International Orders

For international shipments, the customer is considered the importer of record.

All customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and import charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. WORST WORK does not reimburse or cover these costs.

Failure to pay customs fees resulting in return, seizure, or abandonment of the package does not qualify for a refund.


Shipping Disputes & Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback for shipping delays, carrier issues, or processing time estimates constitutes a violation of these terms.

WORST WORK reserves the right to dispute any chargeback with supporting evidence including order confirmations, tracking data, and carrier handoff records.
